Michael & Son completes an emergency well pump repair for a customer without water

Problem:

Kathy E. was in desperate need of a well pump repair. It was a Friday evening and she was suddenly without water for her home. Upon reaching Michael & Son's courteous and knowledgeable phone support team, we quickly scheduled an emergency repair for the very next day.

Solution:

Right from the start, Kathy was relieved that Michael & Son's plumber, Claude, showed up on time as promised. He also took the time to thoroughly diagnose the issue, and then discuss Kathy's repair options with her. After she signed off on the quote, Claude got straight to work— going well into the evening in order to restore water to her home. Now that her well pump is functioning properly and she has fresh, clean water again, Kathy couldn't be more thrilled to recommend Michael & Son for reliable, expert service.

We were very impressed... highly recommend them.

When our well pump burned out on a Friday evening, we were desperate to get a plumber out to our home ASAP since we did not have any water. We called Michael and Son on Sat AM and were able to schedule a service call that afternoon. The scheduler on the phone was very helpful and courteous. The plumbing technician (Claude) was awesome. He arrived when he said he would and was very knowledgeable in diagnosing our problem quickly. He worked hard into the evening after it turned dark to replace our well pump so we would not have to go another day without water. We were very impressed with Claude’s expertise and Michael and Son and highly recommend them. We plan to use this company again for a future plumbing project we have planned and will ask for Claude.
